Welcome to Muvon Travel. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms:
- Purpose of Service
Muvon Travel provides planning and organization of personalized trips, group travel, and private tours, acting as an intermediary between the client and tourism service providers (airlines, hotels, local operators, transportation companies, among others). - Bookings and Payments
- A booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit or full payment, as stipulated for each service.
- Prices are stated in the currency indicated in the quotation and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations, season, or availability.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review the conditions of each service before making payment.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contacto@muvontravel.com and will be subject to certain conditions and approvals from our partner providers. To learn more about the applicable cancellation terms, please contact Muvon Travel directly.
- No refunds will be issued for services already issued or confirmed (e.g., airline tickets, non-refundable bookings).
- If the provider (hotel, airline, operator) has more restrictive policies, the provider’s policies will prevail.
- Muvon Travel will not cover costs arising from cancellations due to force majeure, weather conditions, health-related issues, government actions, or personal reasons.
Rescheduling: You may request a rescheduling in writing with a valid justification. This will be evaluated based on: time remaining before departure, provider conditions, and type of service booked.
If rescheduling is approved:
- The amount already paid may be applied toward another Muvon Travel experience within 6 months.
- Non-recoverable expenses (flights, tickets, processing fees, etc.) will be deducted.
- Additional penalties may apply depending on the destination and provider’s conditions.
No Show or Deportation
No refunds will be provided in cases of:
- Failure to appear on the day of travel (No Show)
- Deportation or immigration issues attributable to the traveler
- Travel Insurance
Muvon Travel does not include travel insurance. It is the client’s sole responsibility to purchase a policy covering accidents, medical expenses, lost luggage, or trip cancellations. - Liability
Muvon Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or incidents beyond its direct control, nor for the actions of third-party providers. - Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this website. - Important Notice
By making a booking with Muvon Travel, the traveler fully accepts the terms and conditions outlined herein.
